In the Innovation Pitch Session, pre-seed and start-up teams from Bavaria’s biotech ecosystem present their ideas in a concise, high-impact format. The focus is on application, funding and future partnerships. The 2026 line-up features BugSense, CELLenger, Coldex, ENDOLEASE, FLASH Tissue Diagnostics and Nucleaf, showcasing innovations across diagnostics, cell culture, targeted therapy, tissue diagnostics, RNA-based crop protection and respiratory virus defense. The best pitch will be honored with the BayOConnect Innovation Award, sponsored by informa, and win a free ticket to BIO-Europe 2026 (9–11 November, Cologne) – the epicenter of biotech in Europe.
