Registration fee includes

! Discounts cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively.
Cancellation terms
In case of cancellation at least 28 days before the conference (until 31 May 2026), we will refund the payment minus a processing fee of € 30. Refunds will be processed after the event.
Cancellations received after 31 May 2026 will not be considered and no refunds will be made. No-shows will still be billed for the full registration fee as we are fulfilling our event obligations. However, you may send a replacement from your company. In any case, please get in contact with info@bayoconnect.org.
